Due to Karin wandering around all night, Ren braves the sunlight to find her; he finds Kenta, asking him to drive Karin away so she can be turned into a normal vampire. Karin visits Maki, who advises her to work things out with Kenta. Karin finds Kenta, who tells her to go through with the Markers' plan; it breaks both of their hearts.
